I recently noticed that a car in my neighborhood seemed “lost. I flagged the lady down and asked her if she needed help. She said that she was looking for a house that she had found on the internet. When she told me she didn’t have an agent, I checked on the status of the home and offered to show it to her. I now send her listings on a regular basis.
